Simply submit a Concierge Assistance request or schedule a planning call, and your concierge will contact you within 24 hours to craft a tailored itinerary. We handle everything from cruise bookings and curated shore excursions to pre- and post-cruise arrangements and VIP upgrades. The service is included with membership; contact us 3–6 months before sailing for the best availability.
